Delivery and Shipping

Nationwide Delivery available on all products.

All parcels up to 30kgs in weight are delivered with ParcelForce couriers. Parcel deliveries usually take between 24-48 hours.

Pallet Deliveries: Large items are delivered through the pallet courier network. Pallet deliveries usually take between 1-4 working days depending on your area. All pallet deliveries are delivered on a rigid lorry with a tail lift and pallet truck.

Description

The Twin Reel System is the ultimate system for any wash-bay.

It features our High Foam Injector and Foam Lance, which produce a dense, shaving cream-like snow foam. The foam lance and high-pressure lance are on two separate high pressure hoses. this eliminates chemical waste when changing from foam to high pressure like on single line systems. Reducing cost of detergent while also saving time. These systems are also fitted with two retractable hose reels for keeping the hose tidy around the wash-bay.

The Maxflow Wall Mounted Cold Wash Range

The Maxflow Wall mount range has been designed using only quality components. This range is built with a Ravel motor, Comet Brass head ceramic piston pump and Finished with a stainless steel cover.

These machines are also fitted with a automatic total stop that will shutdown the motor if unattended for 10 minutes.

Includes wall mount bracket for easy installation.

C30 16Amp Single Phase 12Lpm/150Bar - The Maxflow C30 is also one of the most powerful single phase pressure washers on the Market as it works off a 16amp blue industrial plug.
C55 Three Phase 15Lpm/200Bar - The Maxflow C55 is a hugely popular machine where three phase power is available. It produces 15Lpm at 200Bar (3000Psi).

What comes with a twin line system:

Choice of Maxflow Hotwash - C22, C30 or C55
Choice of retractable reels - 20mtr, 25mtr or 30mtr retractable reels with High pressure hose. (Two separate reels come with twin reel systems - 1 for high pressure and one for the foam line)
Two Swivel brackets for reels.
Two 3mtr leader hoses to connect the washer to the reels. (These leader hoses are available in a range of different lengths on request)
HP350 trigger with 1200mm wash lance & high pressure nozzle.

High foam injector - The high foam injector is our most popular foaming injector. These injectors will produce a thick shaving foam like layer of detergent across your vehicle. They are also fitted with a metering valve allowing you to set a certain dilution rate for your chemical. This is the best option for cleaning heavy dirt form lorries, plant & agricultural equipment.
