Maxflow H Series Hotwash on Twin Reel System

The Twin Reel System is the ultimate system for any wash-bay. 

It features our High Foam Injector and Foam Lance, which produce a dense, shaving cream-like snow foam. The foam lance and high-pressure lance are on two separate high pressure hoses. this eliminates chemical waste when changing from foam to high pressure like on single line systems. Reducing cost of detergent while also saving time. These systems are also fitted with two retractable hose reels for keeping the hose tidy around the wash-bay. 

The Maxflow Hotwash range is designed to be the most robust Hotwash on the market.

With decades of experience gone into the design, Maxflow have developed several quality-of-life improvements. Enhancing the user experience, where other manufacturers haven’t – simple electronics, easy access service components such as thermostat/fuel filters, a twin capacitor motor for easy start-up, heavy duty chassis and a 304-grade stainless steel cover.

The Maxflow Hotwash range has been designed using only quality components. This range is built with a Ravel motor, Comet Brass head ceramic piston pump & a Mazzoni Burner with steam function.

Machine Options:

1. H22 Single Phase 11Lpm/120Bar - The H22 is also one of the most powerful 13amp single phase hotwash on the Irish Market. Noticeably more powerful than other market leading brands. 
2. H30 16Amp Single Phase 12Lpm/150Bar - The Maxflow H30 is also one of the most powerful single phase hotwash on the Irish Market as it works off a 16amp blue plug. Noticeably more powerful than other market leading brands. With pressure of 2200Psi and 12Ltr per minute flow this machine is supplying you with the same power as most petrol washers.
3. H55 Three Phase 15Lpm/200Bar - The Maxflow H55 is a hugely popular machine where three phase power is available. It produces 15Lpm at 200Bar (3000Psi). 

What comes with a twin line system:

• Choice of Maxflow Hotwash - H22, H30 or H55
• Choice of retractable reels - 20mtr, 25mtr or 30mtr retractable reels with High pressure hose. (Two separate reels come with twin reel systems - 1 for high pressure and one for the foam line)
  
• Two Swivel brackets for reels.
• Two 3mtr leader hoses to connect the washer to the reels. (These leader hoses are available in a range of different lengths on request)
• HP350 trigger with 1200mm wash lance & high pressure nozzle.
• HP350 trigger with 900mm High foam lance.
• High foam injector - The high foam injector is our most popular foaming injector. These injectors will produce a thick shaving foam like layer of detergent across your vehicle. They are also fitted with a metering valve allowing you to set a certain dilution rate for your chemical. This is the best option for cleaning heavy dirt form lorries, plant & agricultural equipment.
