Delivery and Shipping

Nationwide Delivery available on all products.

All parcels up to 30kgs in weight are delivered with ParcelForce couriers. Parcel deliveries usually take between 24-48 hours.

Pallet Deliveries: Large items are delivered through the pallet courier network. Pallet deliveries usually take between 1-4 working days depending on your area. All pallet deliveries are delivered on a rigid lorry with a tail lift and pallet truck.

Description

The Twin Reel System is the ultimate system for any wash-bay.

It features our High Foam Injector and Foam Lance, which produce a dense, shaving cream-like snow foam. The foam lance and high-pressure lance are on two separate high pressure hoses. this eliminates chemical waste when changing from foam to high pressure like on single line systems. Reducing cost of detergent while also saving time. These systems are also fitted with two retractable hose reels for keeping the hose tidy around the wash-bay.

The Maxflow Cabinet Hotwash range has been designed using only quality components. This range is built with a Ravel motor, Comet Brass head ceramic piston pump & a Mazzoni Burner with steam function.

Machine Options:

HC30 Single Phase Cabinet 12Lpm/150Bar - The H30 is also one of the most powerful single phase cabinet hotwashes on the Irish Market. Noticeably more powerful than other market leading brands.
H55 Three Phase Cabinet 15Lpm/200Bar - The Maxflow H55 is a hugely popular machine where three phase power is available. It produces 15Lpm at 200Bar (3000Psi).
HC75 Three Phase Cabinet 21Lpm/200Bar - The HC75 is producing 21 liters per minute at 200Bar pressure. The same power as most large petrol pressure washers. The ultimate machine for washing large fleets.
HC110 Three Phase Cabinet 30Lpm/200Bar - The HC110 is an extremely powerful machine, producing 30 liters at 200Bar pressure. A popular machine for heavy industrial cleaning.

Two 3mtr leader hoses to connect the washer to the reels. (These leader hoses are available in a range of different lengths on request)

High foam injector - The high foam injector is our most popular foaming injector. These injectors will produce a thick shaving foam like layer of detergent across your vehicle. They are also fitted with a metering valve allowing you to set a certain dilution rate for your chemical. This is the best option for cleaning heavy dirt form lorries, plant & agricultural equipment.
