Description

Lightning Cleanze is a unique sodium hypochlorite based Softwash Biocide designed for treating green, red and dark (black) algae, lichen, fungi and mold.

Fast Acting - Due to Lightning Cleanze being a sodium hypochlorite based biocide results can be seen within 3-24 hours after application.

Lightening Cleanze is safe on most hard exterior surfaces (Walls, roofs, render, paths, patios, cladding.. etc.)

Professional Grade Sodium Hypochlorite Softwash - Lightning Clenze can be diluted up to 10:1 with water. Can be diluted between 5:1 to 10:1 depending on degree of contamination.

Fully Approved - Lightning Cleanze is fully approved for for use in Ireland & UK. PCS Certificate number: 98411. HSE Certificate number: 10161. Fully compliant with "REACH" (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation & restriction of CHemicals) regulations for cleaning exterior hard surfaces.

Directions for use:

Dilute the solution at the preferred rate depending on the degree of contamination.
Apply onto the surface using a sprayer, watering can, foaming equipment or softwashing equipment.
Allow the solution to work for 30-60 minutes on the effected surface.
Rinse off with a pressure washer after 30 - 60 minutes.
Results may be seen instantly but the full cleaning effect may take between 3-24 hours after rinsing.

Safe working practices: When working with chemicals always keep your equipment and personal protection equipment (PPE) clean. Take care to protect yourself and the public from accidental contact with eyes and skin. Wear protective gloves, clothing that covers your whole skin surface, and a full face visor that includes protection for your hair. Wash all PPE with fresh water at the end of the working day and before eating, drinking, or smoking.

Always treat a small, obscure test patch on a customer's property before using any chemical cleaning product. Obtain your customer's agreement that the result is acceptable and get their permission to continue before cleaning the entire property.
