BENZ Bio Cleanze 6x1Ltr - 50% DDAC Softwash Biocide

Bio Cleanze is a 50% DDAC Softwash Biocide designed for treating green, red and dark (black) algae, lichen, fungi and mold. 

Bleach and acid free - Bio Cleanze is PH neutral so its safe on all hard exterior surfaces (Walls, roofs, driveways, fences, decking, paths, patios, cladding, stone buildings.. etc.)

Professional Grade Softwash - Bio Clenze can be diluted up to 50:1 with water. 1Ltr of Bio Cleanze will make up to 50 liters of ready to use softwash solution. For very heavily contaminated areas we advise to use at stronger dilutions. Can be diluted between 20:1 to 50:1 depending on degree of contamination. 

Fully Approved - Bio Cleanze is fully approved for for use in Ireland & UK. PRCD Certificate number: 98070. HSE Certificate number: 9936. Fully compliant with "REACH" (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation & restriction of CHemicals) regulations for cleaning exterior hard surfaces.

Directions for use: (Apply and walk away!!!) 

• Dilute the solution at the preferred rate depending on the degree of contamination. 
• Apply onto the surface using a sprayer, watering can, foaming equipment or softwashing equipment. Where moss is present we advise brushing in the solution for maximum effect. 
• Its best to apply Bio Cleanze in tempetures above 8°C and when rain is not likely for up to 8 hours. In very warm conditions its best to cool the surface with water before application. This will reduce "boil off" caused from the hot surface. 
• Visible results will be seen within 1-2 weeks. Due to its biocidal properties of Bio Cleanze, the surface will continue to self-clean over the next few months. Killing the growth and preventing regrowth.
